At Mats Meier we use the following warranty terms:
- 1 year on our watches.
- 3 months on our watch straps.
- 3 months on our watch boxes.
However, the warranty does not apply to:
- Breakage.
- Damage due to improper use of the buyer.
- Damage due to a modification or repair by a third party.
- Damage from water and / or fire.
- Damage from normal wear and tear, such as scratches.
- Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin.
- Discoloration from the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray.
- Discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means.
- Empty watch batteries.
